How We Do It
All orders have at least 1-3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as item is shipped.
Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-5 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Approximate delivery time for orders within Canada is 1-7 business days, North America is 3 to 10 business days, and 3-15 business days internationally.

Due to the nature of our skin care products and for hygiene reasons we do not accept any returns or exchanges.

Within 14 days for unused/unworn items in the original condition it was received with all tags intact (soiled or damaged returns may not be accepted for a credit or exchange).

Within 14 days on any item damaged during delivery (for online);

Within 14 days on any genuine manufacturing fault.

Unfortunately postal/shipping cost are non-refundable.
